Great productions don’t happen by accident.
Cadence brings your service planning, team assignments, equipment checks and post-service reviews into one place, so Sunday runs on a system, not on memory.
We’re inviting 5 churches to test Cadence free, in their real production workflow.
Your church may not have an equipment problem.
You can have good cameras, a powerful computer and a great sound system and still have a rough Sunday. When assignments live in a group chat and checks happen at the last minute, the same problems come back the following week.
Everything happens on Sunday
Assignments, changes and instructions get figured out at the last minute.
It all depends on one person
Only one person knows the setup, or what to do when something goes wrong.
The same mistakes repeat
Issues get discussed after service but never written down or fixed.
Nobody knows if gear is ready
Problems show up when it’s nearly time to begin.
No clear picture of readiness
Leaders can’t see who confirmed, what’s done, or what needs attention.
Plan. Coordinate. Produce. Improve.
One place for the whole rhythm of a production, from the first plan to the review afterwards.
Plan
Build each service and its Run of Show in one place, so everyone works from the same flow.
Coordinate
Assign responsibilities across departments, and see who has confirmed, who’s pending and who can’t make it.
Produce
Prepare your team and check equipment readiness before service, not five minutes before it starts.
Improve
Review every production, capture what went wrong and fix it before next Sunday.
Know who’s ready before Sunday.
Every role and every check carries a clear status, so leaders know exactly what needs attention, and nobody has to scroll through a group chat to find out.
One production workflow. One clear picture.
Explore how Cadence coordinates Sunday services, team assignments, equipment readiness, and post-service reviews.

Built with production teams, not just for them.
Cadence is in early access. We’re building it alongside real church production teams, and we’ll always be honest about what’s ready and what’s still coming.
We’re inviting 5 churches to help us build Cadence.
What you get
- Free access for the 1-month pilot period
- Help getting your team set up
- A direct line to the team building it
- A real say in what Cadence becomes
What we ask
- Use Cadence to prepare a real service
- Share honest feedback
- Join a few short check-ins
- Name one person to own the pilot
Who should apply? Churches with an active media or production team and regular services that want to improve how they plan, coordinate and prepare.
Questions churches ask us
Is the pilot really free?▼
Yes. Pilot access is free for the agreed pilot period. In return, we ask you to use Cadence in your real workflow and tell us honestly how it goes.
Is Cadence finished?▼
Not yet, and we won’t pretend it is. Cadence is in early access. Things will change as we learn from pilot churches, and we’ll tell you up front what’s ready and what isn’t.
What happens after the pilot?▼
We’ll explain the pilot length, support and post-pilot access terms clearly before you join, so there are no surprises.
Do we need to share member information?▼
No. Cadence is for production operations. We won’t ask for sensitive pastoral or member information, and we’ll explain how pilot data is handled.
Can churches outside Nigeria join?▼
Yes. What matters most is fit: an active production team and a real service to prepare. We’ll confirm we can support your timezone before you start.
Five churches. Real production workflows. Honest feedback.
Let’s build something useful for the people who make church production happen.
